Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the official website, online portals, and digital platforms of Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT). By accessing, browsing, or using any BUBT digital service, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account information;

Immediately notifying BUBT of any suspected security breach or unauthorized access.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
11. Amendments to the Terms
BUBT may revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the official website and shall become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of BUBT digital platforms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
