SIGNING AN MOU BETWEEN BUBT AND LECTRA PARTNERING WITH AAMRA RESOURCES LIMITED

LECTRA partnering with aamra resources limited has agreed to donate 40 softwares for Garments Marker and Pattern designing worth USD 2,56000.00 (Two hundred and fifty-six thousand Dollars), BDT 22,579,200.00 (Two corers and twenty-five lacs seventy-nine thousand two hundred taka) to Prof. Md. Abu Saleh, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor of Bangladesh University of Business & Technology on 26.01.2020. LECTRA will train the faculty members to teach the students of Department of Textile Engineering, Bangladesh University of Business & Technology (BUBT). An agreement has been signed between Department of Textile Engineering, Bangladesh University of Business & Technology(BUBT) and LECTRA and aamra resources limited for this purpose.

It is to be mentioned that a separate laboratory for Application of Computer in Textiles (ACT) for the courses TXE-317 (Application of Computer in Textiles) and TXE-318 (Application of Computer in Textiles Sessional is mandatory to know the advantages of above mentioned softwares. Lectra will also check the facility and individuality of the departmental laboratory.
