BUBT Organizes Freshers’ Reception for MBA and EMBA Students of Fall 2026

Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) successfully organized the Freshers’

Reception for the MBA and EMBA Program, Fall 2026, welcoming students from the 65th MBA and

55th EMBA intakes. The program introduced the newly admitted students to the academic

environment, values, and professional opportunities offered by BUBT.

The program was graced by the Honourable Vice Chancellor of BUBT, Professor Dr. A B M

Shawkat Ali, as the Chief Guest. In his address, he emphasized the importance of leadership, ethical

values, and lifelong learning in shaping future business leaders. He encouraged students to make

effective use of academic resources and prepare themselves for professional growth.

Dr. Md. Muzakkeerul Huda, Director, Office of the Director, MBA & EMBA Programs, attended the

program as the Chair. Dr. Md. Zakir Hosain, Acting Dean, Faculty of Business and Economics, was

present as the Special Guest. They shared valuable insights into the MBA and EMBA programs and

highlighted the importance of analytical thinking, research, and professionalism in today's

competitive business environment.

The reception marked the beginning of a new academic journey for the Fall 2026 MBA and EMBA

students, fostering a spirit of learning, professional development, and academic excellence at BUBT.
