GritQuest - 4th Day Program

GritQuest (Session 04) Seminar Successfully Conducted.
GritQuest Session 04 was held today at the International Conference Hall of BUBT, focusing on Professional Grooming, Corporate Etiquette, Personal Behavior, and Professionalism. The session aimed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge required to succeed in the corporate environment, including effective communication, personal presentation, and workplace behavior. It provided an excellent platform for students to gain practical insights into building a successful career.

We were honored to host Mr. Syed Johirul Alam Rumon, Director & CEO of Akij Food & Beverage and Akij Dairy, as the keynote speaker. Drawing from his extensive corporate experience, Mr. Rumon highlighted the importance of professional grooming, respectful communication, and disciplined behavior in the workplace. He shared practical examples from his career, offering guidance on how students can develop habits that create a positive impression and open opportunities in their professional journeys.

Throughout the session, the importance of confidence, consistency, and personal growth was highlighted as key factors for achieving career success. Participants were encouraged to focus not only on academic excellence but also on developing personal skills, professional behavior, and a strong work ethic to thrive in the corporate environment.
