BUBT Holds Seminar on “Prospects of Denim Sector in Bangladesh”

Department of Textile Engineering of Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) organized a seminar on “Prospects of Denim Sector in Bangladesh” on Sunday, December 31, 2017 at the Hall Room of the University Permanent Campus, Rupnagar, Mirpur, Dhaka. Mr. A F M Sarwar Kamal, Chairman, BUBT Trust was the Chief Guest while Prof. Md. Abu Saleh, Vice Chancellor, BUBT, presided over the Seminar. The Keynote Speaker was Mr. Mohammad Jamal Abdun Naser, Director, Shasha Denims Ltd. Prof. Dr. Engr. Ayub Nabi Khan, Pro Vice Chancellor, BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT), Prof. Md. Enayet Hossain Miah Treasurer, BUBT and Prof. Mian Lutfar Rahman, Proctor, BUBT were present as Special Guests. The Program was coordinated by Dr. Mohammed Rubaiyat Chowdhury, Professor and Chairman, Department of Textile Engineering, BUBT and Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences, BUBT.
