A dedicated academic and textile professional, I have built a career that combines industrial experience, teaching excellence, and research contributions in the field of Textile Engineering. My professional journey began with an internship at Echotex Ltd from October to November 2015, where I gained practical exposure to textile manufacturing operations and industrial processes. In January 2016, I joined Impress Newtex Ltd as a Junior Executive and worked there until June 2016, developing skills in textile production coordination and industry management. Later, in July 2016, I started working at Hameem Group as a Trainee Merchandiser, where I acquired knowledge in merchandising, supply chain communication, and apparel business operations. Driven by a passion for education and research, I transitioned into academia by joining Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) on October 8, 2016, as a Lecturer in the Department of Textile Engineering. Through dedication to teaching, student mentoring, and academic development, I was promoted to Assistant Professor in August 2022. Alongside teaching, I have actively contributed to research in textile engineering and related fields. To date, I have published nine research articles in reputed international journals, receiving approximately 400 citations, reflecting the impact and recognition of my scholarly work. I have also presented two conference papers at renowned international conferences, demonstrating continued engagement with the global academic and research community.
